About MeHello, I’m Charnelle
(but some call me Char)
My passion is connecting with women, just like you! I find joy in holding space for transformational healing to take place and allow you to feel held, cared for and beautiful from the inside out. I truly believe that beauty is a frequency, we can only look and feel as beautiful as we embody on the inside. And from this belief I have birthed my business The Frequency Facialist.
With several years of experience, from the very beginning I had a love for performing skin treatments. These sessions have always allowed me to connect with my clients in a deep, intimate way. Always working at the crown of the head, I believe that over time it awakened my ability to read into emotional states and tune into exactly what my client needs. As my curious mind continuously loves to explore new ways to expand my knowledge, I began to dive into the world of energy work and sound therapy. This is what I want to share with the world, an embodiment of the wisdom I carry transformed into rituals that nourish both skin & spirit.
I embody femininity naturally which is reflected in my space, treatment room and offerings. I believe if we as women are surrounded by beauty we become softer, feel safer and are able to receive on a deeper level. A beautiful environment tells the body: you are worthy of care. Beauty reminds the feminine nervous system that life gets to be felt and I believe that the feminine blooms through our senses; through textures like soft linens, scent, colors and intentionally chosen music. Beauty was never superficial its how we remember to come back to ourselves and my goal was for the space I’m welcoming you into to reflect this.

I welcome you to lay on a warm healing mat made of crystals. This mat is a treatment on its own but comes complimentary with your visit to amplify the experience.

Buccal Massage
Also referred to as intra-oral massage meaning in the mouth. By massaging internally we engage with muscles you cannot connect with externally. This technique relieves facial tension which can lead to expression lines. This technique is also great for relieving jaw pain associated with TMJ. We tend to hold lots of stress and emotions along with physical tension in our faces. This technique allows for ease & release physically, emotionally and mentally.
Gua-Sha
An ancient technique used as an alternative method to naturally lift and sculpt the facial contours. Using gentle scraping & sweeping motions to facilitate lymphatic flow and to improve the skin's circulation & vitality. The benefits include reduced puffiness, detoxification, tension and stress relief. Due to the energetic nature of the gua sha tools themselves it is believed to release stagnant life force energy also known as Qi. Within my treatment room I work with gua sha stones made from white jade, rose quartz, dalmatian jasper and terahertz which all have their unique properties.

This is considered to be a holistic healing practice to promote relaxation and balance within the body & its energy centers also known as the Chakras. A technique using medical/scientific grade tuning forks to balance the energy centers also known as the chakras. This session is designed to create harmony within the energetic body. A complete sequence is performed working on both the front and back body to address imbalances and blockages within the biofield (the energy field extending around our body). During a sound bath frequencies & rhythmic patterns created by crystal sound bowls encourage our brain to synchronize with slower brainwave activity through a process known as brainwave entrainment. This shifts our parasympathetic nervous system from a “fight or flight” state of stress and survival into the state of “rest and digest” rooted in safety and relaxation. When your body feels safe and your nervous system is regulated, this restorative & supportive environment creates conditions for your body’s natural repair processes to activate and healing becomes possible.
